Sub: 1.SALE OF MY CAR KA04ME9353 TO CARS24 ON 15 02 2022

         2.SOLD CAR CONTINUES IN MY NAME EVEN TODAY

         3.FEAR OF SOLD CAR BEING MISUSED

         4.SOLD CAR NOT IN THEIR 'SALE INVENTORY' TODAY

1.I sold my car KA04 ME 9353 to CARS24 (various addresses in Bengaluru and H.O. at 10th Floor, Tower B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, GURUGRAM - 122003, Haryana) on 15th Feb 2022 for a price of Rs.1,60,842.  On same date, they have credited the sale price to my SB A/c and took possession of my car along with all documents and sale papers (blank).

ON SAME DAY, 15 02 2022, I HAVE INTIMATED YOUR OFFICE ABOUT THE SALE OF MY CAR BY REGISTERED POST AND I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ACK ON 22.02.2022.

2.Even after more than two months, the said car  continues in my name as on today.

3.On 1st of April 2022, I have received a notice from Bengaluru Traffic Police saying that the said car was wrongly parked at a zebra crossing,  causing traffic rules violation on 20th March 2022 and I was asked to pay a fine of Rs.1000.  On contacting CARS24, they said they have cleared the fine and car is not yet sold. THERE IS FEAR THAT THE SOLD CAR MAY BE, BEING MISUSED BY SOMEBODY OR THE COMPANY IS NEGLIGENT IN THIS MATTER.

4.STRANGELY THE SAID CAR IS NOT AMONG THE INVENTORY OF 'CARS FOR SALE' IN THEIR APP AS ON TODAY.

I humbly request you to take suitable action in the matter.
